Terms and Conditions

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

All participants acknowledge that baseball training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, risk of injury, or accidents. By enrolling in this program, participants voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.

2. Medical Clearance

Participants affirm that they are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent them from participating in baseball workouts. It is recommended that all participants obtain medical clearance from a physician prior to beginning any workout program.

3. Release of Liability

By participating in the baseball workout, the participant (or legal guardian if under 18) agrees to release and hold harmless the coach, staff, facility, and any affiliated personnel from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in the program.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment must be made in full prior to the start of training.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or cancellations unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Credits may be issued for future sessions at the discretion of the coaching staff in cases of injury or emergencies.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow athletes.

  • Arrive on time and be prepared for each session.

  • Refrain from any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to foul language, violence, or unsportsmanlike conduct. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or expulsion from the program without refund.

6. Weather and Cancellations

In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of the coaching staff. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.

7. Media Release

By participating in the program, participants grant permission for photos and videos taken during workouts to be used for promotional purposes, unless a written request is submitted to opt out.

8. Parental Consent (if under 18)

If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to these terms on behalf of the minor.
